Gay to be featured in Golf Digest

Despite more than 150 pages of content, readers of the September issue of Golf Digest should have no trouble finding three-time PGA Tour winner Brian Gay who will appear in next month’s magazine wearing “Vegas Pink” trousers from Sligo Wear Inc., makers of fashion-forward performance golf apparel for serious golfers.

Set to hit newsstands August 11, Gay will be featured in “Swing Sequence,” a popular section showcased in the magazine which provides readers with playing tips from the world’s best golfers. Gay, ranked No. 5 in “Putts per Round” and in “Sand Saves” shares short game tips from chipping to putting.

“This has already been an incredible year for me and my family so I was even more flattered when Golf Digest asked me to participate in this issue,” said Gay, who captured wins this year at the Verizon Heritage and St. Jude Classic. “I have felt comfortable in all aspects of my game from my swing all the way down to my apparel this season.”

In Gay’s three-page spread, he also dons the company’s classic “O’Brien” in Ivory – a 100% moisture wicking, Sligo Tech Performance Polyester shirt as well as the “Icon” belt.
