After what seems to be forever, Brian Gay’s birdie putt during the final round of the 2000 Honda Classic falls in for what would appear to be a birdie at the par-4 17th. Upon later review he was given a one-stroke penalty. The infraction left him finished in a tie for 4th place instead of a tie for second.
